Release Notes for June 2026

Unleashed: Assemblies can now be treated as Purchase Orders

There's a new Advanced setting that lets StockTrim interpret your Unleashed Assemblies as Purchase Orders. If you build finished goods through Assemblies rather than raw POs, StockTrim can now factor that stock movement in correctly. Turn it on under Advanced Settings if this matches how you work.

Vend: variants are now supported
StockTrim now handles product variants (like size or color) synced from Vend, so your forecasts and order plans reflect variant-level stock instead of lumping everything together.

QuickBooks: autosync is here
QuickBooks connections now sync automatically. No more manual syncing to keep your data current.

Zoho: partial Purchase Order fulfilment
If a supplier only sends part of an order, Zoho-connected accounts will now reflect that partial fulfilment properly in StockTrim, instead of treating the PO as all-or-nothing.

Zoho: categories now sync
Your product categories from Zoho now come through into StockTrim, so you can group and analyze stock the same way you already do in Zoho.

Cin7 Core: new option to import using invoice date
There's a new Advanced setting for Cin7 Core users to import orders using the invoice date instead of the default date field. Useful if your invoice date is the more accurate signal for demand.

6-Step Onboarding is live
New accounts now walk through a guided 6-step setup to get StockTrim configured properly from day one, covering the key settings that affect forecast accuracy.

Same supplier and SKU across multiple locations
Previously, StockTrim wouldn't let you create a PO for the same supplier and SKU twice. Now, if the two POs are for different locations, StockTrim allows it. This is fixed for multi-location businesses ordering the same item into different warehouses.

Brand added to Order Plan export
Brand is now included when you export your Order Plan, so you can filter, sort, or report by brand without cross-referencing another system.

Recalculate on your own schedule
This used to run automatically after every Sales Order import, whether you wanted it to or not. Now you're in control: import as much or as little CSV data as you like, then hit Recalculate whenever you're ready. You'll find it in the same spot as the old "Next" button, so the workflow will feel familiar.

Clearer feedback on missing CSV headers
If your CSV import is missing required headers, StockTrim will now tell you exactly which ones are missing, instead of a generic error. Should save some back-and-forth guessing what went wrong.
