NetSuite Integration
StockTrim now integrates with NetSuite. If your business runs on NetSuite, you can connect it directly to StockTrim to keep your inventory, sales and purchasing data in sync, removing the need for manual data entry and giving you accurate, up-to-date forecasts based on your NetSuite data.
Settings Changes Now Recorded in the Inventory Journal
Updates to your StockTrim settings are now automatically recorded in the Inventory Journal. This gives you a clear record of when key settings were changed and by whom, making it easier to track configuration changes across your team over time.
Acumatica Bill of Materials Sync
StockTrim now syncs Bill of Materials data directly from Acumatica, where they're referred to as "kits." If you manufacture or assemble products and run Acumatica, your component structures now flow straight into StockTrim, giving you accurate, component-level demand planning without any manual setup.
Purchase Orders for Master Accounts
Master accounts can now create and manage Purchase Orders directly, rather than needing to work from an individual sub-account. This makes procurement much simpler for businesses overseeing multiple entities or locations from a single StockTrim login.
Manual Forecast Now Filters Through the Full BOM Tree
When you set a manual forecast on a finished product, it now filters all the way down through the entire Bill of Materials tree, rather than just one level as it did previously. Components now show the adjusted forecast passed down from the finished product above them, giving you a clearer, more accurate picture of downstream component needs.
This is currently available behind an advanced setting, with a good chance it becomes standard behaviour going forward.
