The free trial gives you two weeks to test out StockTrim and get a feel for how it works. Signing up is straightforward, and no credit card is necessary. During the trial, you can either use the demo data we provide or upload your own data, which will then roll over to your StockTrim account once you sign up.
All of our plans over $5m GMV offer a dedicated Customer Success Manager who will onboard you and be available for support. Under $5m GMV self onboarding via the app is there. Should you be under $5m and want dedicated support and onboarding, a 12 months service package is available for a one time invoice of $497.
After your trial ends, you may still login to StockTrim for another 21 days. Your account will have been deactivated if it has been longer than this. Complete the process again if you wish to sign up for a new trial account.
StockTrim is offered on a monthly basis. We also offer annual plans which provide better value over a 12 month period.
While we'll miss you, you can cancel your subscription by sending an email to support with your Company Name and the reason for the cancellation. The StockTrim Account Owner must request the cancellation.
We offer two flexible payment options: monthly or annual. All paid on your credit card.
Annual billing: Get 3 months free when you pay upfront for the year. This gives you a 25% discount compared to monthly pricing.
Monthly billing: Maximum flexibility — cancel at any time.
Important note: Once you are on an annual plan, you are committed for the full 12-month period. You cannot switch back to monthly billing until the annual term ends. However, if you are currently on monthly, you can switch to annual at any time.
